Thank you for purchasing a little slice of Singapore from Talking Textiles. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read the item description before purchase. As our items are handprinted and/or handcrafted, there may be some irregularities in colour or shape. This does not warrant a refund or exchange. We make every effort to ensure the items on our website are described and photographed as they are.
Our products are hand-printed in small batches. For instance, a typical print run for tea towels yields around 20-30 pieces.
See something you like? Grab it quick! There is a chance it may never come back. Even if it does, each print run will vary slightly in colour and print.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed.
For all orders, there is a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Singapore. We will send our parcels using courier delivery service.
Self-collection at our studio is free and by appointment only.
For all orders, there is a flat rate of $40. We will send our parcels using Registered Airmail using Singpost. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearances that are relevant to that country.
*We try our best to ship anywhere, save for these countries: Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
We accept exchange, returns or refund within 30 days of purchase for defective items only.
Local purchases can be returned in person or through mail.
All overseas refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used and will only be processed upon receiving the merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging.
Promotional/Sales items are non-refundable.
We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
