For orders containing Canvas & Framed Paper Prints, it will be delivered by courier. We will be contacting you with the email address or phone number provided at checkout, to arrange the delivery day & time.
For all other items, Singpost (for items that can fit in the mailbox) or Qxpress delivery is at a flat rate starting from $5. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Once your order is packed, the tracking number will be emailed to you.

URGENT ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:
PRODUCTS (ESPECIALLY CANVAS PRINTS) SOLD IN OUR ONLINE SHOP MAY NOT BE IN STOCK/MAY NEED TO BE MADE-TO-ORDER. If your items are in stock, a same-day or next-day delivery might be possible, please contact us to check for stock availability. For urgent orders or for orders containing larger canvas prints, we will only deliver using the courier delivery option (starting from $15). Using our courier, the item goes from our studio directly to the delivery address. A specific delivery day and time can also be chosen.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY FOR CANVAS PRINTS $15 (or more)? WHY CAN’T I CHOOSE THE $5 OPTION FOR CANVAS PRINTS?
For the $5 delivery option - there are size & weight limits, therefore we cannot send larger canvas prints using this option. Items are collected in bulk and sent to a central sorting centre - there is no way to guarantee item safety. For prints, the frame is delicate and can be dented/chipped easily.

For orders containing only small items (tea towels, cards, makeup bags), there is a base charge of $25. For all other orders, there is a base charge of $40-$60. We will pack, weigh your parcel and get back to you with different delivery options and prices.
Depending on your choice of shipping, a refund or a top-up may be required.
Oversized and/or heavy items are subject to additional shipping charges. We will send our parcels using Registered Airmail/Speedpost with Singpost or DHL. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearances that are relevant to that country.

*We try our best to ship anywhere, save for these countries: Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

+ Returns

We accept exchange, returns or refund within 30 days of purchase for defective items only. Glass trivets are non-exchangable due to the delicate fragile nature of the product.

Local purchases can be returned in person or through mail.

All overseas refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used and will only be processed upon receiving the merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging.

Promotional/Sales items are non-refundable. Products in "clearance sale" section are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
